Updated 2026-06-17In case of serious danger we move to an enclosed windowless room inside the clinic — a receptionist will stay with you. Nobody is left alone: the staff stay together with the patients.
If the alert starts in the middle of a procedure, the decision is yours. The dentist will explain whether it is safe to stop now or better to finish the current stage — and will do as you decide. We do not begin a new stage during an alert.
Once the all-clear sounds you can carry on the same day or reschedule your visit for another time — with no extra charge and no loss of any prepayment.
If the alert catches you on your way here, do not rush. Call us and we will move your appointment.
