All-on-4 and All-on-6 are protocols for restoring a whole jaw on implants when most or all of the teeth are gone. Instead of one implant per tooth, four or six implants carry a single fixed bridge across the entire arch. All-on-4 suits patients with enough bone; All-on-6 is used when the bone has atrophied or the load is higher. All-on-X is the individual option, where the number of implants is decided from the 3D CT data. At Houston we use a guided surgical template — the implants go in with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, and the patient receives a temporary fixed bridge on the day of surgery.

The "teeth in a day" protocol (Same Day Teeth) means that on the day the implants are placed the patient goes home with a temporary fixed bridge. This is possible thanks to digital planning done beforehand: the future restoration is modelled from the 3D CT scan, a guided template is made, and the temporary bridge is produced in advance. After 4–6 months the temporary bridge is replaced with a permanent zirconia-ceramic one. Throughout that time the patient eats, smiles and lives normally — with no removable denture.

Clear aligners are transparent removable trays that are almost invisible in conversation. They suit the great majority of cases. The one condition is discipline: 22 hours a day. Braces are more effective for complex skeletal problems and require no discipline — they are not taken off. The orthodontist chooses the method after an examination.
